Forced, my friend, isn't a strong word. I insist. There was little left to do. But yes, the society, at large, should shoulder the blame.
The banks definitely erred. They have been erring too long. But even if they had doled out loans this could have happened.
Since we have started liberalisation, we have went head on, not bothering to take stock. There's no simple solutio, boss.
